By accessing this website, by calling any agent endpoint we operate at mcp.adastracomputing.com or related subdomains, or by using any software published by Ad Astra Computing, Inc. ("Ad Astra", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our website, our endpoints, or our software.
Ad Astra develops and distributes software products, including Dispatch, tulpa, INK, Vega, AHD, Receipts of Thought, Vulnpatch CVE and AER. Products that operate their own hosted services or distribute their own binaries publish separate EULAs and Terms of Service, which take precedence over these general terms for product-specific matters:
INK and the Receipts of Thought format, specification and verifier are distributed under the Apache 2.0 license. The Receipts of Thought verifier is a static page that runs entirely in your browser: it takes no account, receives no upload and reaches no server of ours while it checks a receipt. AHD is distributed under the Functional Source License v1.1 (FSL-1.1-Apache-2.0), which converts to Apache 2.0 two years after each release. The respective license governs use of each project.
We operate public agent endpoints at mcp.adastracomputing.com: a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for structured contact intents, and an INK inter-agent messaging endpoint for verified first-contact messages. AI agents may call either on behalf of their principals. By calling them you agree:
contactConsent flag your MCP client sets, or your decision to send a signed INK message on a principal's behalf, is your assertion of that authorization; misrepresenting it is misuse of the endpoint. We may, at our discretion, throttle, block, audit or contact the operator of any agent or principal that violates these terms.
